Carol (Yates) Kloska, 81, died on Saturday, July 14, 2018, at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.
Carol was born on February 6, 1937, in Chicago, Illinois, daughter of Samuel and Evelyn Yates.
She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Robert Yates.
Carol married Martin Kloska on September 8, 1957. He survives. Carol is also survived by her children: Marty (Jodi) of Crystal Lake, Il; two daughters-Marylou (Rick) of Hoopeston, Kathleen(Steven) of Chicago; grandchildren- Jessica, Joshua(Danielle), Katie(Jason), Shaylah(Shaun), Dylan(Victoria), Zachary(Alice), Emily, and Anna; her great- grandchildren- Julia, Wyatt, Gabby, Jackson, Genevieve, James and Michael
